1. Order Processing

Immediately after the payment, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details. Best to check this e-mail if the address and personal information is correct.

Boardboard packs the order the same day, at the time of processing we send the customer a Track & Trace code. This link will work at the latest 12 hours after this e-mail.

3. Delivery times

Processing time: 0-1 days.
Shipping time: 1-2 business days for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Shipping time: 1-5 business days for the rest of Europe.

These delivery times are approximate. The latest delivery time is 30 days after receiving the payment.

If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, he will receive a notification and the order will be taken to a pick-up point nearby.

4. Returns

The Customer has the right of withdrawal up to 14 days after receipt. After this the customer has another 14 days to return the product.

After boardboard has received the return, the customer can choose the following options:
- Get the purchase amount back via the payment method with which he paid
- Receive a gift voucher worth the purchase amount
- Exchange with a different size, color or a product of the same price.

If the customer uses the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to boardboard with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To use the right of withdrawal, the customer should contact [email protected]

The right of withdrawal can be excluded for certain products:
- Loose newspapers and magazines
- Audio and video recordings of which the customer has broken the seal
- Hygienic products of which the customer has broken the seal
- Products that are clearly personal in nature
